Tarrah Holliday, ARNP, PMHNP-BC, is a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental

Health Nurse Practitioner committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered mental

health care across the lifespan. With advanced clinical training and board certification in

psychiatric-mental health, she specializes in the assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based

treatment of complex psychiatric conditions.

Tarrah has particular expertise in the management of schizophrenia spectrum disorders

and bipolar disorders. She is experienced in treating individuals with acute and chronic

psychosis, mood instability, and co-occurring conditions. Her clinical approach emphasizes

accurate diagnosis, thoughtful medication management—including long-acting injectables

when appropriate—close monitoring for effectiveness and side effects, and integrated

therapeutic support to promote long-term stability and recovery.

She understands the profound impact that serious mental illness can have on individuals

and families. Tarrah works collaboratively with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary
