What can I expect during my first appointment?
During your initial visit, your provider will take time to understand your concerns, medical history, and goals for treatment. This may include a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, discussion of symptoms, and exploration of treatment options. You’ll have space to ask questions and collaborate on a plan that feels supportive and personalized.Do you accept insurance?
Resilient Health Services accepts a variety of insurance plans. Coverage varies by provider and policy, so we encourage you to contact your insurance company directly to verify mental health benefits, copays, and deductibles. Our team is happy to provide any necessary documentation for reimbursement.What should I do if I am in crisis?
Resilient Health Services is not a crisis center and cannot provide emergency services. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call or text 988, go to your nearest emergency room, or contact local emergency services immediately. Your safety is the top priority.How does Resilient Health protect my privacy?
Your privacy is extremely important to us. All communication, including phone and text interactions through Dialpad, is handled in accordance with HIPAA and our clinic’s privacy policy. We safeguard your personal information and only share it with your consent or when legally required.What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee. This policy helps ensure availability for all patients who need care.What types of services do you offer?
Our team provides psychiatric evaluation, medication management, psychotherapy, ketamine treatment (Spravato), life coaching, and supportive clinical services. Treatment plans are tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.How do I schedule an appointment?

Yes. Many of our services are available via secure telehealth platforms, allowing you to receive care from the comfort of your home. Telehealth availability may vary by provider and insurance coverage.What ages do you serve?
Resilient Health Services provides care for adolescents, adults, and older adults. Specific age ranges may vary by provider, and our team can help connect you with the right clinician.How long are appointments?
Appointment length varies depending on the service. Initial appointments typically last 60 minutes, while follow-up visits are usually 30 minutes for medication management and 45–55 minutes for psychotherapy. Your provider will let you know what to expect based on your treatment plan.What services do we not provide?
To ensure patients receive the most appropriate care, we do not provide detoxification or medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for current or active alcohol, narcotic/opioid, or illegal drug dependence. We also do not perform psychiatric or neuropsychiatric testing, court-ordered or competency evaluations, or psychiatric testing related to dementia, memory loss, or Alzheimer’s disease, though we can provide referrals when appropriate. Our practice does not provide medical marijuana cards, psilocybin-related services, or one-time visits solely for FMLA or disability paperwork.
